12-day schedule climbing Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and transfer to your hotel in Arusha or Moshi. Rest and prepare for the Mount Meru climb.

Drive to Arusha National Park and trek through rainforest to Miriakamba Hut (2,514m). Spot wildlife like colobus monkeys along the way.

Ascend through forest and heath to Saddle Hut (3,570m). Optional acclimatization hike to Little Meru (3,820m).

Begin at midnight to summit Socialist Peak (4,562m). Enjoy sunrise views, then descend to Miriakamba Hut (2,514m).

Complete the Mount Meru descent and travel to Moshi. Rest and prepare for the Kilimanjaro climb.
